Brian R. Burrough
Vice President and Director of European Development

Brian R. Burrough is vice president and director of European development for TKG International. He is also president and partner of TKG Polska, a subsidiary of TKG International, one of the largest industrial business park developers in Poland. Burrough and TKG Polska have developed and managed three parks totaling nearly 100,000 square meters (1.1 million square feet). The firm's list of blue-chip multinational clients includes United Parcel Service, IBM, BMW, Bosch and Mitsubishi. TKG Polska is headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

Prior to moving to Poland, Burrough worked for Paragon Group as a Senior Asset Manager responsible for a portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties in California and Texas. Besides being responsible for Paragon's in-house properties, he also directed new business development. In this role Burrough secured several real estate asset management contracts from large institutional property owners such as MetLife Insurance, Wells Fargo Bank, Nationwide Insurance, Westinghouse and Equitable Life.

Burrough holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Dallas and a BS in Finance/Real Estate from the University of Arkansas. He is a US citizen who has lived and worked in Warsaw since 1995.
